1. How can I get a broker commission rebate if I purchase a new home?

The easiest way to get the rebate is to find a buyer’s agent to help you with the purchase. We would be happy to help you buy a new home so you can receive a part of the real estate broker’s commission back at closing. Call anytime and we’ll help you get started right away.

2. How much can of a rebate can I expect to receive?

Up to 60% of the buyer’s broker’s commission. For example, if the home you are buying is selling for $700,000 and the buying broker’s commission is $21,000 (3%), a buyer can receive $12,600 (60% of the $21,000).

3. Can I still get the rebate if I already have an agent?

Maybe. You will have to ask your current broker if they will offer a commission rebate. It is always best to ask the broker if they offer a rebate before beginning to work with them. If the broker will not offer a commission, you can then chose a different broker that offers a commission rebate.
